English Teacher (fixed-term, Full Time)

 

With changes to our teaching team, we now have an amazing opportunity available in our English domain for Semester 2, 2024. This position commences in Week 7 Term 2 (27 May) and continues until end 2024.

 

In this role you will be introduced to our innovative approaches to learning and teaching and experience our inclusive and supportive work environment firsthand. KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with children, parents, and the school community.
  • Experience and proven record in effective learning and teaching skills, including management of composite/mixed-ability classes.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate behaviours when engaging with children.

Teaching salaries will be based on skills and expertise as per the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022, with the successful applicant being subject to maintaining a Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
